For the dressing:
1 garlic clove, minced
2½cm ginger, peeled and finely chopped
2tbsp mirin, dry sherry or sweet marsala wine
1tbsp soy sauce
4 spring onions, finely sliced
1 red chilli, finely chopped
2tbsp sesame oil
1 lime to squeeze over the juice
Bunch of chives, finely chopped, to serve
Of course, there is always luxurious lobster if your budget will stretch to it. Simply grilled with a light sauce to tingle your tongue and raise your senses to delicate matters.
