Please be aware there are currently delays across all delivery networks globally due to Covid-19 and religious festivals. We are unable to refund shipping charges because of delays in courier systems.

International deliveries are taking exceptionally longer to arrive, customs in most countries also have delays. Please be patient, orders are arriving.

We advise we can only refund a missing item when the courier used confirms it is lost, this can take several weeks, you will be refunded at this point   We want to offer an excellent service to all customers but due to increased fraudulent claims we must wait for this confirmation. All of our orders are sent tracked.

There’s nothing worse than forgetting to send something back. As long as the items are unopened and have 3 months of shelf life, we can accept them back.

International Orders & Tax

International orders may incur import duties. These vary depending on the delivery country.

We can neither predict what they will be, pre-pay these, nor take responsibility for the charges.

Delays to delivery may occur if customs hold up a parcel - these are beyond our control.

We do not ship to PO Box address or hotels.

All customs documentation is completed in line with UK Customs and Excise requirements.

Items are declared as Personal Health Care Products for the purpose of customs.

Any items returned to us from customs due to unpaid charges will be refunded, less shipping costs and any fees incurred.
