All packages are sent in plain packaging, depending on the size of your package we will either use a brown protected bag or a brown box. We do not reference The Condom People on the packaging.
We have multiple payment methods on the website, you can of course use PayPal. Please do note your PayPal account will show THECNDMPPL as the supplier. We've tried to keep our name discrete for you.
We want you to be able to recognise the transaction you have made with us. We do however not everyone wants the word "condom" on their statement. We have abbreviated our name for your banking discretion. The Condom People will appear as: THE CNDM PPL on any statement.
We use Shopify Payments who allow you to make payment in any one of the currencies listed below. If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, or 6 days overdue including weekends/ bank holidays, then please Contact Us and we will investigate. To help us process this as quickly as possible, please make sure you add your order number to your email.
We send orders out as quickly as possible. This is normally within one working day of receipt. Orders are sent either using Royal Mail first class in the UK, DPD, DHL and Royal Mail International mail for other countries and take unto 7 days, unless you choose to pay for an expedited delivery.
If you are logged-in or create an account during the purchase you will be able to view your orders by logging in to the My Accounts section of the website. If you didn't create an account email us at: and we will send you an account creation link.
We are happy to send to any military post office address, please be advised we can not send items tracked to these address and therefore will not be responsible for delivery or refund once the item has been dispatched. We always keep proof of dispatch.
We will only contact you via email. Our customer service teams will make contact with you between 10am and 6pm Mon - Sat. Please note, if we need to contact you to security check an order or clarify shipping address, the dispatch of your order may be delayed.
You may cancel your order up to the point of dispatch, if we have dispatched your order then we are unable to cancel your order. You may refuse delivery and the items will be returned to us. You will be refunded once we are notified the goods have been received. Shipping costs if charged will not be deducted from the refund amount.
Subject to eligibility for a refund, you may return items to us for a full refund up to 365 days after purchase. We are only able to refund the product costs and not original costs of postage.
Please contact us to check eligibility for a refund, opened products are not eligible for refunds.
We do not refund your delivery costs, unless an item is faulty.
We are sorry but we are unable to pay custom charges on items we sent to you. Please be aware of your local tax laws and that extra taxes may be charged.
Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
You have two choices, either contact us at and we will arrange to re-send your items, there will be an additional postage charge to do this. We can refund your order, however we will only refund the cost of goods and not the postage costs.

We classify Trade orders as being over £300.00. Trade orders are exempt from the right of return. Please contact for further assistance.
As we are a VAT registered company, VAT is Payable on all products and shipping.
Unfortunately, due to restrictions imposed by HM Revenue and Customs, mail order and internet sales are not eligible to be included in the Retail Export Scheme. Please visit the HMRC website for more information.
For a customer to purchase goods from a retail outlet and take advantage of Tax Free shopping they will need to prove non residency in the UK, i.e. passport at point of order. Being a mail order company does not have this facility.
